CNPC POWDERS tungsten carbide is created using metal tungsten powder and carbon. First use the same quantity of tungsten powder that particle size around Fsss 3-5um and carbon black into the ball mill for dry mixing.Then put them into the furnace of the temperature of 1550-1650℃. Add flow hydrogen. Continue to react with high temperature to form the WC.

Tungsten Carbide Storage Note:
- The tungsten carbide should store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Away from fire and heart source .
- It should be stored apart from oxidant acids, halogen ,mixed reservoir of avoiding by all means.
- Equipped with corresponding varieties and number of fire equipment.
- Storage area should be equipped with the right material for leakage content.
