International Business Development Manager
This location of this position is flexible after an initial training period in Shanghai, China.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase CNPC POWDER© presence in specific markets or geographical regions.
- Lead special projects defined by executive management of CNPC POWDER©
- Grow and maintain business relationships with key customers.
- Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
- Apply CNPC POWDER©values in serving customers, representatives, and distributors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree with Minimum of a 7 years’ experience in a similar position associated with management, marketing, or business development
- Experience in the Power Materials industry
- Internal sales and customer service experience together with sales administration experience
- Knowledge in management and commercial sectors
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills (English)
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Background check results satisfactory to CNPC POWDER©
- Technical sales background
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical sales background
- Knowledge of CNPC POWDER©products
- Well-developed interpersonal communication and negotiating skills
- Self-sufficient, motivated and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Demonstrated high level of commitment, loyalty and professionalism
