Accomplishment project: Laying the foundations for collaboration
 
In June 2025, Mr. Noji, General Manager of the Precision Metals Division of Japanese company SHOWA KDE Co., Ltd., led a group of two people, including Mr. Ono, Department Manager, and Mr. Tsutsumi, Institute Director, to visit the production headquarters of CNPC POWDER' Anhui for the purpose of strengthening ties and exchanging information. Both parties reached a consensus on technical cooperation in metal powders for 3D printing and the promotion of CNPC Powder products in the Japanese market.
The two parties formally signed a collaboration agreement, authorizing SHOWA KDE Co., Ltd. to promote CNPC Powder materials in the Japanese market.
This marks another strategic milestone in CNPC POWDER's global expansion initiative.
 
 
Key points: Technological convergence and boosting cooperation
 
The SHOWA KDE delegation conducted an extensive tour of the production facilities, the 3D printing workshop, and the quality control department. They witnessed firsthand the production processes and the stable supply capabilities of SCS-certified metal powders, such as AlSi10Mg and Ti6Al4V.
SHOWA KDE highly praised CNPC POWDER's in-house developed AMP (Automated Metal Production) continuous production line and low-carbon circular process, recognizing their perfect alignment with the Japanese market's demands for high-quality, environmentally friendly materials.
Both parties signed a collaboration agreement, under which, starting August 1, 2025, CNPC POWDER will formally authorize SHOWA KDE Co., Ltd. to promote its extensive range of metal powder products in the Japanese market, including titanium, aluminum, iron, and nickel-based alloys, as well as customized powder solutions.
